§ 769. Cancellation of license
Failure of any livestock dealer to abide by the terms of this chapter, or of any of the laws or regulations relating to livestock or of such procedure as the secretary of agriculture, food and markets deems necessary to prevent the spread of disease, shall be deemed sufficient cause after notice and hearing for the cancellation of a license issued under section 762 of this title.
