§ 53.1-107. Organization of board; annual report.

The regional jail or jail farm board shall elect a chairman and secretary.

The board shall submit annually to the participating political subdivisions areport showing its activities; a budget, which shall include all revenues,expenditures and employee compensation schedules; and other similar data.
