§ 53.1-95.20. Duty to prescribe rules and regulations.

It shall be the duty of an authority created pursuant to this article toprescribe rules and regulations, not inconsistent with standards of the StateBoard of Corrections, for the operation of the project or projectsconstructed under the provisions of this article.
