§ 53.1-95.21. Supplemental and additional powers.

The foregoing sections of this article shall be deemed to provide anadditional and alternative method for the performance of acts authorizedthereby, shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powers conferredby other laws, and shall not be regarded as in derogation of any powers nowexisting.
